Occasionally the BLF Keys may come out of sync with the server, while this is rare and many issue can cause this to happen, the easiest fix is often to simple reset the phone.

There are three methods to reboot your phones.
- In order to reset the phone you can simply, unplug the network cable from the phone for 5 seconds and then plug it back in.
- If your phone is being powered by a transformer (As seen HERE), simple unplug the power cable for 5 seconds then plug it back in
- Send a text to 719-247-7417 with your Company name, Extension Number and Optionally your name, and your request
- For Example: David w/ Data Cabling Service, X106, please reset my phone for BLF Issue

How to create a ticket
- SMS: Send a text to 719-247-7417 with your Company name, Extension Number and Optionally your name, and your request
- Email: Send an email to Support@TheDCSGroup.net with your Company name, Extension Number and Optionally your name, and your request
- If your phone has a QR Code on it, you can simply scan it and type your request and hit submit
- Phone: Call us at 719-247-7417 and we will be more than happy to assist
- If we don't answer the call, you can leave a voicemail, which will be transcribed and automatically generate a ticket
- You can also submit a ticket at ticketing.dcsapps.com
